The hotel felt more like an institution rather than a hotel, and it was freezing cold and unclean, but the staff at the restaurant were efficient and always had a smile. The location is close to a venue I needed to travel to, but a bit far from shops and restaurants. The dining experience compared favorably to other hotels, and the pool area was not too deep and had nice equipment.

The hotel's rooms were nice with enough space and provided all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent for our needs, but the decor seemed dated with tired furniture and an outdated bathroom.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were in very poor condition, with badly stained carpets, dusty areas, and even smelly. Although I got moved to a new room, it still had stains and issues. The service was a mix, with extremely friendly staff during breakfast but very poor service at the bar. The location was good for certain activities but lacked enthusiasm at check-in and check-out times. The dining experience was not impressive, with limited options and delays. The facilities were average.
